🏙️ Penny’s Empire Network | RP (GTA V | FiveM)
A living city where roleplay takes center stage. P.E.N. is about building your empire — whether through crime, business, or government — while weaving your character’s story into a shared narrative. The streets are alive with opportunity, and the choices are yours to make.
